During this period, access to core account functionality, including trading operations, withdrawals, internal transfers, and portfolio management tools, will remain suspended until the account is successfully reactivated. To begin the reactivation process, users are required to first contact the Support Department to request temporary login access restoration. Upon approval, login access will be reopened temporarily for a limited period of 24 hours only. This temporary access window is provided solely to allow the user to complete the required reactivation procedures and account review process.
Please note: • If the compulsory reactivation top-up is not completed and confirmed within the 24-hour access period, the account will automatically return to restricted dormant status
• Once re-closed, a new support request and verification review may be required before temporary access can be reopened again
• Temporary access approval remains subject to account verification and internal compliance review procedures To restore full account functionality permanently, a compulsory minimum top-up of $666 is required.
