UraniumFxGroup Terms of Use Agreement

Please read the terms and conditions in this Terms of Use Agreement (the “Agreement”) carefully. By accessing or otherwise using this website (http://www.uraniumfxgroup.com) (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions in this Agreement. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, do not use this Site.

This Agreement is a contract between you and UraniumFX Group and its affiliates (referred to below as “The UraniumFX Group,” “we,” or “us”), and applies only to this Site and not to other sites that may be accessible from or linked to this Site. We are responsible only for the content of our Site. We encourage you to review the user agreements of all other sites that you visit.

The UraniumFX Group may change this Agreement from time to time at our sole discretion. If we make any substantial changes to this Agreement, we may notify you by reasonable means, including posting a prominent announcement on our home page. Please check this page regularly to ensure that you are familiar with the current version of the Agreement. By your continued use of the Site after publication of the revised Agreement, you accept and agree to the terms and conditions in the revised Agreement.

1. Restrictions on Use

While using the Site, you agree to comply with this Agreement and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations and will not encourage or promote any activity that violates this Agreement.

By accessing or otherwise using the Site, you agree that you will not under any circumstances:

1. Copy or print material from the Site (including but not limited to individual Site pages or any research or reports) for commercial purposes without our prior permission. Any use of Site materials must not alter the original content, including legal notices and legends. For permission, contact: contact@uraniumfxgroup.com.
2. Link to or frame this Site or any portion thereof.
3. Interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Site or its networks, including attempts to gain unauthorized access to any other computer system.
4. Make any automated use of the Site, including actions that impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our servers or network infrastructure.
5. Bypass access restrictions, scrape, spider, crawl, harvest, or manipulate data without authorization.
6. Publish or link to malicious content.

2. Forward-Looking Statements and Past Performance

The Site may contain forward-looking statements based on beliefs, assumptions, current expectations, estimates, and projections. These statements are not guarantees of future performance and involve risks and uncertainties that are difficult to predict.

3. Ownership

You agree not to:

• Sell, license, copy, reproduce, modify, republish, transmit, edit, adapt, create derivative works from, distribute, or otherwise make unauthorized use of Site content without express written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code of the Site, except as expressly permitted by law.

4. Notice of Copyright Infringement

If you believe material on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice including:

1. Physical or electronic signature of the authorized person.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work.
3. Identification of the infringing material.
4. Contact information of the notifying party.
5. Statement of good faith belief.
6. Statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury.

5. Dormant Accounts and Forfeiture of Assets

Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period may be classified as Dormant Accounts.

• Permanent Deactivation: Dormant accounts may be permanently deactivated and deleted after notice and remediation periods.
• Forfeiture of Assets: Any remaining funds, balances, credits, digital assets, or other property in a dormant account at deletion shall be treated as abandoned property.
• Account holders must claim or withdraw assets before the deletion date.
• Failure to act constitutes irrevocable forfeiture.
• Upon forfeiture, the account holder relinquishes all rights, and UraniumFxGroup has no obligation to safeguard, return, or compensate for such assets.
• Assets may be disposed of or reallocated per applicable laws and internal policies.
• UraniumFxGroup assumes no liability for loss or damage from forfeited assets due to inactivity or failure to respond to notices.

6. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, SERVICES, AND INFORMATION ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE OF PERFORMANCE OR ACCURACY.

7. Limitations of Liability

We are not responsible for damages, including direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Use or inability to use the Site
• Errors, omissions, interruptions, or delays
• Viruses, line failures, or other malfunctions

8. Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The UraniumFX Group, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and related parties from all third-party claims, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your:

1. Access to or use of the Site
2. Breach of this Agreement

Except to the extent caused by our misrepresentation, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud.

9. Withdrawal Processing Period

• Regular Processing: Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of request.
• Seasonal Closure: Withdrawals are temporarily closed from December 14 to January 14annually for system updates, reconciliations, and administrative tasks.

10. Termination

This Agreement remains effective unless terminated by either party.

• By You: Discontinue use of the Site.
• By UraniumFX Group: May terminate at any time, immediately, with or without notice.

Surviving Provisions:
No Offer or Advice; Forward-Looking Statements and Past Performance; Ownership; Submissions; Third-Party Content; Disclaimers; Limitations of Liability; Indemnity; Miscellaneous.

11. Fees

• UraniumFxGroup charges a 17% annual management fee, effective September 6, 2025, to cover management expenses.
• This fee supports key operational, administrative, and compliance functions.

12. Miscellaneous

• If any provision is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.
• If part of a provision is unlawful/unenforceable, that part is deemed deleted, and the remainder continues.
• Headings are for reference and do not limit scope.
